PLEASE NOTE that the sale of the lots in this development is ON HOLD because of additional development work that needs to be done according the Laws of Trinidad and Tobago. This however means an additional cost for the Developer and consequently the prices will have to be increased. Unfortunately we do not yet know the final cost until the work is completed, and I can also not give a time frame when the lots will come back up for sale.
On a positive note I can already mention that in the mean time Final Town & Country Approvals have been granted.
